At L'OBJET, we strive for complete satisfaction with your purchase of our handcrafted home collections; if you are not entirely pleased, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in unused, pristine condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original L'OBJET gift boxes and protective shipping cartons to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
